We do a lot of the heavy lifting on behalf of our clients. Our consultants set the strategy, our tech team implements the platforms (like our latest in-house software for talent experience: Wellpoint), and our creative team deliver digital journeys that actually get people engaged and growing. Who We Are Kyle – Founder: Has started or acquired several companies over a 22+ year period, with Future Group (previously Future Media Group) established in 2010. He loves breaking new ground as well as building teams and products enabling people to be the best versions of themselves. His focus is on strategy, growth and advisory. Jonathan – Co-Founder: There from the beginning of Future Group with a broad capability, proven over the last 15+ years, across technology, creative and strategic business innovations, focussing on everything that makes us successful. David – Head of Delivery (TX) and Head of L&D: With 20 years’ experience in education and L&D, he leads project delivery across the talent experience (TX)cycle, helping clients build meaningful employee experiences that strengthen culture and performance.
